Hosting an ACT X  Conference

A typical ACTX conference is three days with approximately 6-7 hours of teaching per day. A template for these three days, including the schedule of topics, might look like the itinerary as listed below. Pastors and church elders will note that in order to facilitate the conference over the course of a single weekend, it will be necessary to hold the third day of teaching during the time of conventional Sunday morning services. As it is expected that any church hosting an ACTX Conference will have the majority of its congregants participating, this should not create any problems with the congregation.

Alternatively Pastors and elders will want to encourage any congregants who are not attending the conference to worship the Lord at another local assembly of the Body of Christ.

As another alternative, an ACTX conference can be held on two consecutive Friday evenings and Saturdays.

DAY 1 - Friday (evening)

 Question Periods:

At the end of each morning and afternoon session, there will be a period for Q & A to facilitate these sessions and keep things running to as orderly as possible attendees will be asked to write their questions on the pages provided in the ACT X manual and give these handouts to a member of the ACT X team
